How do I request a consultation?
Complete the consultation form with your contact details, preferred experience, and skincare goals. Karen Olivia Beauty will follow up to discuss availability and next steps.
Does submitting the form confirm my appointment?
No. The form sends an appointment request. Your appointment is confirmed only after we reply.
Can I request a virtual skin consultation?
Yes. You can join from Philadelphia or outside the area. Choose Virtual skin consultation on the consultation form for personalized skin education, product recommendations, a customized home-care plan, and three-week progress check-ins.
What if I do not know my skin type?
Choose I don't know my skin type on the form. Describe how your skin feels and what you would like to improve; your needs will be assessed individually.
Can I travel from outside Philadelphia for services?
Yes. We welcome clients from across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and beyond. Request a consultation first so we can confirm suitability, availability, location, and preparation before you arrange travel.
How do I ask about DPN treatment or mole removal?
For DPN treatment inquiries, use the consultation form and describe your concern. Treatment suitability must be discussed before booking. Medical mole assessment and removal require a dermatologist; virtual skincare guidance is not a medical evaluation.
Can I explore the Beauty Hub from outside the area?
Yes. Explore the Beauty Hub and request information about virtual consultations, personalized routines, and ongoing programs. The Hub currently presents program previews; request details about availability before enrolling. You can also browse KO Beauty skincare and makeup.
Will I receive promotional emails?
Promotional email consent is optional on the consultation form. Your skin-related answers are not included in promotional contact lists.
